Organic Ingredients:
· 3/4 cup tahini
· 1 cup Grounded Flax seed
· 1 tbsp hemp oil (Olive oil or avocado oil work too.)
· 1 tsp baking soda
· 1 tsp pink salt
· 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
· 1/4 cup boiling water
· 1 tbsp soaked chia seeds
· 3 tbsp sunflower seeds
· 3 tbsp sesame seeds
· 3 tbsp hemp seeds
Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 350℃ and line a small loaf tin with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl combine the tahini, grounded flax seed, hemp oil, baking soda and pink salt.
3. Stir well.
4. Add in the ¼ c of hot boiling water and mix well to thin out.
5. Next add apple cider vinegar, seeds and stir to combine.
6. Pour into the prepared tin and top with extra sunflower seeds.
7. Bake for 45 minutes or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
8. This loaf is best stored in the fridge up to a week.
9. You can freeze up to 6 months.
